Starting from the customer’s design, PI EFFE TRE s.n.c. is able to supply precision mechanical components complete with thermal and surface treatments for the following sectors:

QUALITY CONTROL
PI EFFE TRE s.n.c. makes sure that all the product details meet the project specifications.
To this end, we have a climate-controlled metrology room with a 3D measuring machine, a digital altimeter, a roughness tester and a profilometer for dimensional testing.
To check the 3D machining of surfaces, like moulds, we have a program that does a graphical comparison of the piece with its design file.

A significant portion of our production consists of plastic parts machined from billet by milling and turning.
